Terms of Service for FireWallX Bot

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FireWallX Discord bot (“Bot”, “Service”). Please read them carefully.

By inviting and using FireWallX Bot in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and discontinue all use of the Service.

• You may not use the Bot for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities.
• The Bot must be used in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server that violates these rules, circumvents limitations, or misuses its features.

Some features of the Bot may require a paid subscription (“FireWallX Premium”). Payments are managed through our official dashboard or designated payment provider. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or as described in the Refund Policy below.

All payments made for FireWallX Premium subscriptions are final and generally non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional cases:

• If a duplicate payment was made in error.
• If you were charged but did not receive access to the subscribed features.
• Where refunds are required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds will not be granted for partial subscription periods, unused features, or early cancellations. Trial periods (if offered) are provided free of charge and are not eligible for refunds.

We strive to keep the Bot online, secure, and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time for improvements, bug fixes, performance, or compliance with Discord policies and legal requirements.

FireWallX Bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, data loss, or disruptions arising from use of or inability to use the Bot. You use the Service at your own risk.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Bot at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse or reverse-engineer the Service, or otherwise misuse the Bot.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international and local laws. Any disputes shall be handled in accordance with the jurisdiction of the Bot owner’s country of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Bot after such updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
