Privacy Policy for FireWallX Bot
The Bot may collect and process the following information through Discord’s APIs, to the extent that permissions are granted and features are enabled:
- Usernames and IDs: To identify users in logs, configuration, and permission-related actions.
- Message content (if enabled): For moderation features, giveaways, and ticket systems.
- Presence data: Online/offline activity where required for specific features.
- Server data: Guild/channel/role IDs for configuration and feature functionality.
We use the information described above solely to provide and improve FireWallX Bot’s features and functionality. Typical uses include:
- Moderation tools (warnings, bans, mutes, spam detection).
- Giveaways, events, and other community management features.
- Role management and automated role assignments.
- Ticket and support systems for server members.
- Activity and presence tracking tools for server staff, where enabled.
- We do not permanently store message content beyond what is necessary for active features.
- Temporary data may be stored only for active features and removed when no longer needed.
- No data is sold or shared with third parties beyond Discord/infrastructure requirements.
- Users can request removal of stored data by contacting the relevant server administrator.
- Server admins can remove the Bot any time; server-specific configuration is deleted except where retention is required.

We take reasonable measures to protect data. Access is restricted to authorized systems and server administrators.
FireWallX Bot is not directed at children under 13. If you believe we collected such data, contact us to review and delete it.
We aim to comply with GDPR/CCPA where applicable. Data may be processed in different jurisdictions.
