• Server data: Such as guild IDs, channel IDs, and role IDs for configuration purposes.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information only to provide the following features:

• Moderation tools (warnings, bans, mutes).
• Giveaways and event management.
• Role management and automated assignments.
• Ticket and support systems.
• Activity and presence tracking for server staff.

3. Data Storage

• We do not permanently store message content or personal information.
• Temporary data may be stored in memory or secure databases only for active features (e.g., giveaways) and is removed when no longer needed.
• No data is sold or shared with third parties, except as required to operate through the official Discord API.

4. User Rights

• Users can request removal of any stored data by contacting the server administrator.
• Server admins can remove the Bot at any time, which deletes all associated data managed by the Bot.
